Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of dedicated Employee Relations experience supporting EMEA and/or UK jurisdictions.
  • Strong working knowledge of EMEA and UK employment laws, regulations, and employee relations practices.
  • Proven experience managing complex Employee Relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, policy interpretation, and terminations across EMEA countries.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide Employee Relations guidance to managers and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience supporting multi-country workforces across EMEA within a global or multinational organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience managing benefits vendors and supporting benefits renewals is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations concerns, investigations, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance
  • Partner with managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace best practices
  • Support employee terminations, redundancies, leave requests, and workplace accommodations
  • Track and resolve employee relations cases while ensuring compliance with labor laws across EMEA
  • Maintain HR records, support audits, reporting requirements, and policy updates
  • Assist in improving HR processes, systems, and compliance initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, insurance, wellness, and leave plans
  • Serve as the main contact for benefits inquiries, enrollments, claims, and vendor coordination
  • Manage benefits data accuracy across HRIS and third-party platforms
  • Support annual benefits enrollment, plan reviews, renewals, and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, and vendors to deliver a positive employee experience
